Jackie, the Plateau Property Management (PPM) owner, is the worst property manager we have worked with in the last decade. She wanted to early terminate a lease, with great tenants, because the tenants complained about the horrible customer service her team provided them. PPM managed two of our properties and both received substandard customer service from Jackie.
