Very unreliable! I received a one time pest control visit through Stevens Realty as a lease renewal gift and pest control specialists were supposed to be at my residence between 10am-12pm today. 12 rolls around and no one shows up, I post a message on Property Meld and no response, 1pm rolls around no response nor contact from the specialists, 2pm rolls around and STILL NO RESPONSE OR CONTACT FROM THE SPECIALISTS!!!!!!!!
