PJ at Plateau Heated Storage is a fantastic manager and front desk operator — you’ll see him running around all parts of the storage facility, then appear lightning fast at the front desk (this guy is quick on his feet)! The facility itself is clean and sanitized. We’ve been renting a unit for years and have never experienced a problem with rodents or bugs, not even once. Would not recommend for renting a U-haul at this point in time. The female manager was not clear in giving directions, complained about her workload, and made sure to tell me all of the things that she could not help me with. She made the process much more confusing and than it ever should have been. I will choose a different location to rent a U-Haul it the future.

The woman manager was extremely rude. Upon entering the building, she immediately started complaining about her workload being too high at the end of the month. She wasn’t friendly and clearly very stressed at her workload and took it out on me. I suggest you hire someone else who can handle customer service.

What should be an easy and straightforward rental prices is anything but that. If you rent a storage unit online, you then have to either call them or come into the office to access your unit. The problem is that when I called, the guy wasn't available to help me (busy doing something else) and the office is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. They need to modernize their process. Denise was great and extremely friendly and professional. We have never used a storage facility before and our first experience was very positive. I feel our belongings will be in a good place!
