I will not be returning to this practice due to a lack of transparency in their policies and complete lack of consideration and courtesy for long time patients. My family and I have been patients for over 15 years. I recently had to cancel an appointment on short notice due to unexpected circumstances. When I went for my rescheduled appointment, I was shocked to be charged an $85 fee—nearly the full cost of the visit—without any prior notice. UPDATE June 2025: This business is EXTREMELY unethical. The doctor, front desk and billing departments work together to set appointments WITHOUT consent or your knowledge and later charge no show fee. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! --- Though the service was ok, payment issues happened. Without my knowledge, I was put on a followup appointment and there were NO reminders or confirmation email/text/calls sent. I was charged for not showing up, and I wasn't even aware! I regret ever visiting Plateau Foot & Ankle Clinic. My experience has been frustrating and unprofessional, and I feel compelled to share it so others can avoid a similar ordeal. Without my consent, the clinic scheduled an appointment for me, communicated only through a system-generated email. Went in for my first visit and the doctor was extremely helpful. He was patient and took the time to listen to my concerns. His explanations were detailed and understandable. I left my first appointment feeling like I had a path to resolving my foot issues.
