Dr Plate is the BEST. I used to have horrible migraines with prescription meds. Going to Dr Plate monthly, I’ve been off prescription medication for over 3 years now and I can contribute it to my treatments from Dr Plate. Migraines are a thing of the past. He is the best and knows exactly what needs to be adjusted before you ever say a word to tell him what hurts. I’ve been with Dr Plate for 10 years.
Such a great experience. The office is so caring and professional. Dr. Plate took his time understanding my concern of pain. We talked about trying decompressions today. I felt better when I left and hope to continue to come for additional help.

Dr. Plate and Brittney are great. Both very customer friendly and gentle with their approaches. I have been doing the adjustments, shockwave and massaging the past month and so far my body has been on the positive end. My pain has steadily gone away so I thank you for everything!
