My last appt with Dr. Plate was almost a year ago.… shame on me for waiting as long as I did to see him. He worked on my lower and upper back today for about a half hour and instantly I felt a huge difference within that short timeframe. I feel taller and balanced when I stand up and my back is not throbbing at all right now. I’m not ready to sign up for a marathon just yet but with his help I will get to that point soon enough! Thank you Dr Plate looking forward to seeing you in a few days again!!
