Had a brake failure on trailer. Another Vendor came and was not able to repair. Platas came and saved the day! Had it taken apart and repaired in less than 45 minutes from the time of arrival. Could not be happier with the effort and result.

Just got new steer tires. When finished. Went to leave. But I was losing a lot of air. So got Rafael’s number from Platas 24 hour towing. And he came to where my bus was. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Found the part. Went to get it. Came back and put the part in to get me back on the road. I will call them when back in Idaho. Amazing people. Thank you Rafael and Platas 24 hour roadside.

Platas rafeal are very helpful and they do keep their word. Got stuck on a Sunday night my liftgate wasn’t working By 8am on Monday morning the guys came and fixed my liftgate within 10 minutes They also helped fix my headlights within 45 minutes I was all set. The guys definitely know what they’re doing
