RecommendedI have read two Negative reviews, and I am sorry, but I do not believe them. If Roy Plat or any of his team hear of a problem, they fix it! They are the best in the business and have been for the 7 years that I have worked with them.
Tried to rent 7704 Mapleridge dr a couple of weeks ago. The house was $1850 and needed to some work before we moved in. We were denied most of the requests we made before move in such as having the house cleaned and the paint being touched up. Plat uses the "owner" as an excuse not to take responsibility for its actions. We were told that the owner was in dispute and that they could not rent us the house one day before we were to move in. Very professional services - Team of Yadi and Amy make sure all asks are addressed promptly.
I was not sure what to think of our property manager, Plat Realty, when we leased a townhouse while our new home was being built. Over the 10 months, Plat proved to be responsive, professional, and easy to deal with. Roy is a good guy and never hesitated to ensure that repairs were made, and promptly. Amy is friendly and courteous. We were really pleased and they were very fair to us at the end of the lease term.
Great property managers. Terrific online tools make it easy to pay rent and request service. Prompt courteous and professional.
