Tried sending a payment twice however, Plastiq voided both of them for absolutely no reason. All terms of services and policies were met. We showed proof that we followed their policies. Account services team just replied saying that they cannot support the payment after we have asked for a reason for 3 times. They don't have a real team that works with their customers. If your payment gets voided then you are completely screwed because they dont know anything about it. Also account services are supposed to respond in 24-48 ... read more

Useless. Doesn't work. Won't communicate as to why and what is needed to solve for. Cancelled a payment. It's a shame, I would have put a lot of money through this company to pay suppliers, but it won't

Plastiq refused to process a legitimate rent prepayment. I provided my signed lease (showing rent due “on or before” the 1st), plus invoices for each month. Still, they flagged it as “overpayment” and canceled my $18,750 rent payment. Their Terms of Service don’t prohibit advance rent, but their compliance department doesn’t follow their own rules.
