I have worked many job already in my life. As far as the company, my work, and this plant in particular I think it is a very good employer and the Management I deal with seem to really care. I just finished all my temp dues and got hired full-time. The only complaint I have seen so far is in some of the benefits package, not that it is bad, just different from what I normally see and will take some getting used to. What I am saying is you live in your world, if you let yourself get sucked into someone else's vortex then you are in their world. If they flip out over every little thing they can give you a bad night. It's like any job take it as it comes, deal with it enjoy the moment after all you get paid for it.
