I would not recommend anyone for her laser treatments. When having a fotofacial done on my face over a year ago, Dr Karandy moved the laser to my neck. When I told her it was burning my neck, she stopped abruptly and gave me some salve to use and rushed me out of the room. She must have realized she did not put gel on my neck before applying the laser. Now I have been left with a permanent red burn mark across the front of my neck because of her negligence.
Had Botox on my forehead with Dr. Karandy. It looks awful! Have a droopy eye from her injecting too close to my eyebrow. Also, I was overcharged from what I was quoted! The front desk are aware of this and still haven’t called me back. It’s been weeks! If she can’t get Botox right, I would never go here for plastic surgery or any other skincare needs!
I went to Dr Karandy many times over the last twenty years. My experience was always an excellent one. Everyone was always pleasant and competent. I recommend her very highly.

I went to them to do my face laser for acne , they said my insurance will cover that I did 1 treatment, and then they said April 1st we will stop taking health partner . I didn't go to them after that because they not taking my insurance anymore . Today they send me bill for 315.00 they saying my insurance didn't cover the treatment. And when I asked them they told me yes it will cover by your insurance. Do not go to them very bad
