Excellent surgeon, very caring and considerate bedside manner. Does amazing work (3 separate breast surgeries due to cancer and non surgical complications.) Nurse Glori is also amazing and very professional. I have no clue why anyone would be down on Breanna. She is very down to earth, knowledgeable, professional and does her job amazingly well. Shes always been very straightforward and kind in my many interactions. I will continue referring anyone I know to this practice! Thank you, team, for everything you do.
I had much the same experience of rudeness and lack of knowledge about retirement communities. My husband was operated on for a wound and his lack of compassion and depressing statements regarding wounds like this caused me to file a complaint against him. So arrogant and nasty. My husband is doing just great no thanks to him. I would never allow him to treat me or anyone in my family again.
I just love Dr Livingston! I had an accident with a rock and my middle finger. ER pretty much left it a mess, thinking not much they could have done. Dr Livingston had such a busy day the day I went to see him for the first time. He took one look at my finger and knew he had to help me right there and then. He spent so much time on my finger and I'm forever grateful to him for basically saving my nail bed and overall health of my finger. Dr Livingston was amazing to my autistic son. He took great care of him. His staff is very professional and caring. On the other hand his receptionist was a real piece of work. She was very rude when we visited his office for a follow up appointment. She was snide and made my son feel very uncomfortable. We went for his second surgery and when I called for zolfran because the pain medicine was making his nauseous. She says make him eat the brat diet. I accompanied a prospective patient to a consultation with this surgeon for breast reconstruction and I left deeply uncomfortable and concerned by what I witnessed. The appointment felt far more like a lecture than a consultation. Over the course of nearly two hours, the surgeon repeatedly interrupted the patient and me as their support when we asked questions.
