The extremely predatory billing process I experienced here was appalling and entirely unacceptable. I was given an estimate of $800-1200 to have one mole removed on top of the $328 out of pocket cost for the 5 minute consultation. They proceeded to bill $2018 for the 20 minute mole removal and are completely unapologetic about their incredibly inaccurate price estimate. This is unacceptable.
