I have had several procedures done by Dr. Mlakar and his staff. They took care of me like I am family. All staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Joe is not just a Dr. he is a surgeon and what he has done for me so far has changed my life. I recommend him to anyone.
The staff at PSI was so kind, patient, and informative. I had many questions about my breast reconstruction, but Shannon (and Dr. Mlakar) made sure I had all the information I needed. Their humor, combined with their knowledge, helped me feel at ease during this uncertain time in my life.
I had the best experience today at the office. I went in for Botox and wound up getting so much information. Lori listened to what my concerns were and even called in Dawn to help answer questions. I have never been somewhere that has actually cared so much about me and what I want to achieve. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping. Your office is the best!!
I was actually going to come here to get my eyebrows done until I saw the live video posted today. The woman was doing a procedure on another woman’s face while touching her own hair with medical gloves on and and then touching the woman face. Not to mention her hair was down and hanging over the woman’s face a few times.

Went there with several friends for Dysport. From the beginning we were guided and treated like family. It was if we’d come home. The office was just as beautiful and inviting as the staff. Bravo to Plastic Surgery Innovations for making several women feel so special even if only for an hour! 💜
