I would not recommend getting surgery from Dr. Murabit based on my personal experience. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the outcome of my procedure, and I was told that I would need another surgery for the same issue, with additional charges. Everyone is friendly and clean.
I had surgery with Dr Prince over a year ago and the scars are so large and ugly that they’re actually painful and extremely itchy. I went back to her a year after surgery and she offered no apologies, gave me cortisone injections and sent me home. This offered no relief so I called the office and asked for a prescription for the itchiness and I was told that she couldn’t do that as it wasn’t within her expertise and that I should go to my GP or a dermatologist for my problem? I rarely leave reviews, but I felt this experience was worth sharing. While I have no complaints about the surgeon’s clinical care, my interactions with the front desk staff were extremely disappointing. The receptionist was consistently dismissive, rude, and lacked the professionalism and compassion you would expect in a medical office. Having surgery is already a stressful and vulnerable experience, and patients deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. I had a breast reduction done by Dr.Mian and I couldnt be happier with my results and my experience with him and his team. Dr.mian listened to every silly concern of mine and settled all my nerves before ans after the surgery. I've spoken so highly of him I've already sent 1 of my friends to him! 12/10 experience!!!
