Let me preface this by saying Dr Aitken is a good surgeon who works at a bad office. My first surgery with Dr Aitken was a breast and arm lift and I am overall happy with my results. Two years ago I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Vander Woude who completely botched my nose. From the front view, my nose was significantly bigger and crooked. After meeting with this Dr, he lied and said that my bone moved to the right and offered to do a second surgery in order to recorrect it.
