I now have a large scar on my forehead I shouldn’t have. I received a second opinion from another board certified surgeon and he quoted me $15k to fix the damages she caused on my face.
I used Dr. Wells for a breast implant exchange on June 19. My concerns began when she did not have me come back for a post op appt until July 11, and Dr. Wells was not even there, only a nurse. I told the nurse my concerns about what was happening on one breast. They scheduled me to come back on Aug 26, over a month later. I had eyelid and brow surgery. I was specifically told the incisions would be hidden in my hairline near the ends of my eyebrows, and that there would be no visible scars. Instead, the incisions were made on the front of my forehead, leaving thick and obvious scars that are very difficult to hide, and my forehead is now visibly misshaped in multiple spots.During surgery, I was under-sedated, I was awake, in significant pain, and physically restrained while begging for more medication. For some reason my post is not being shared? But i think it’s important it goes through- i had a clear infection after a breast reduction that she would not diagnose. Lost have of my skin on both breast. Finally had a second opinion who actually did the correct job, and i has staph in both breast’s. Could have gotten severely ill with her negligence.
I’m a 64 year old man who had chest surgery done by DR Wells. Her professionalism and caring along with her staff Mary and Tess are second to none. Giving them just 5 starts doesn’t seem enough. After serving 42 years in the Army, I know caring and professionalism. If you are a veteran or first responder, she gives a discount. A very nice one I might add. My pain scale from 1-10 and 10 being the worst was a 1. I Highly Recommend DR Wells.
Very knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and patient focused. She is a perfectionist in all she does. Her RN’s and office staff are exceptional. Highly recommend this practice for all your Plastic surgery needs.
