The staff was friendly and very informative. I had a molar extracted and due to a rare bleeding disorder I have , I was nervous. The office environment is pleasant and soothing. Exam/surgery rooms have a serene lake view. They even played my choice of music in the surgical room. Dr. Davidson was uplifting, calming, kind and compassionate. He explained the details of what he would be doing and why. He also gave encouragement and explained to me what he was doing all during the procedure. I hope the only reason that office manager works there is because is related to the Doctor. She is so unprofessional , The experience is so upsetting , They lie they change the numbers and when you ask for the return of the money , they refused to returned my calls during a 6 weeks period.( A six week period that started 4 weeks after the return was asked) Finally when I threat them to sue them for the money , She called within 2 minutes , to tell me that my check was sent to me 20 days ago and oh course instead of over $800... read more
