I have worked with Dr. Shay for my son’s ear tags. He was extremely informative and caring. I’m now working with Grace for my son’s helmet and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is so nice and gets back to you with any questions within hours (even on her days off) I’ve also worked with Chrissy during both experiences and she is nothing short of amazing. This is such a great doctor's office. The waiting room is clean and inviting and the rooms are clean. Dr. Hsieh is friendly and very knowledgeable. He will sit and talk with you, answer your questions, and make you feel like you aren't just another number. His MA, Chrissy, is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond helping us get an appointment at a hospital when I was having trouble getting through to them. She is very sweet and her helpfulness is beyond comparison. I am very picky when it comes to who my children are seen by. So I was VERY happy to be referred to this Doctor. We really like Dr. Hsieh ALOT! He's really friendly and you can tell he genuinely cares. Which I LOVE! He is very detailed esp when explaining everything. He answers all my questions and concerns. He did my youngest daughter's surgery. And post surgery she is doing good and recovering good. And we are so grateful for that! Overall, Amazing Doctor! Cant say enough good things!!
