My Son had a consultation with this office. However, just as someone mentioned in a previous review, they take forever to answer the phones, number one, two they transfer and it just rings. No one picks up and no voicemail. I also left a message on the nurse's line for a school note and to get my child's height and weight and no response at all!! I am an employee in the medical field and this is highly unacceptable!
Avoid sending your child any yourself to this office at all cost. They purposely don’t answer the phone when you call it rings once and then sends you to a voicemail and they do not call you back either. I should have known because at my first appointment I heard the lady at the front desk loudly complaining about someone calling back to back but no one would have to do that if they would just answer the phone. The problem is if your child needs a helmet they only have two days from the scan to get the prescription sent over... read more
