I went to them with 3 expensive acrylic cylinders for cutting. They cut two of them properly and broke one. I tried to reach out to them several times to see if they will fix that and deliver it but never heard from them. They still have my raw material and not responding to my emails. Strongly recommend to stay away from this machine shop. They are not very responsible.
