Terrible customer service and one of the drivers of your cars drive like psychotic bully on the road. Never using again

After reaching out to them, PlastaMasta refuses to take any liability and agues that the damage will not be seen or can be fixed on site. So be aware that if you buy a new product from them, it may be damaged and they will refuse to take any action on this.

After checking the website for a product I then rang plasta masta sunshine coast to see about stock etc, after the lady on the phone laughed at me and responded rudely for asking about the brand on the website then telling me that the site doesn't get updated like it was some kind of joke I decided to go elsewhere, that was an awful phone call and I was made to feel like a fool for asking about a product you specifically say you supplied, a simple "we have a different brand but it's the same thing" would have been great. This is the third time I have been to this store and every time I get the same response, the lady who works in reception is disgustingly rude and ignorant I would not recommend anything one to use these guys HOPELESS , If you think anything of your business invest in some helpful staff !!!
