Horrible business. Have reached out to new owners to get an easy job done. No response. Now as a result, I have had to go to FedEx printers and pay them $100.00 to redesign the sales invoice that I need printed. Avoid this business at all Cost.

This lady is aggressive and rude to her customers to the point that the Eagle Police Department are aware of her behavior.

I hate giving a bad review...but she wouldnt print some pictures for my son... and he drove over an hour to the store (we live out of town). She said we had a past due balance from two years ago... which is news to me. My son said he would call his mom and we could pay if that was the case. She said no...I just dont want to print it for you....so he left. This is aweful customer service. I use to go here when it was run by another company and they were awesome. Wow...so sorry it is not a good place to go.

I do not recommend doing business with this company. The quality of the work is fine but the customer service is terrible. The lady chewed me out for calling twice (the second time only because she never returned my first call). She yelled at me she could get the job done if I quit calling and then hung up on me. Good luck staying in business treating your customers that way.

Will not answer phone or emails. After about 20 calls with no response decided to post this. How awful especially if new owners. Good luck Well finally received a email stating my business card didn't bring them money, other monetary business is more important (Go somewhere else). WOW with this rude attitude good luck
