Very unprofessional. Staff was very rude and not welcoming seemed to be bothered actually. I would NOT recommend this donation center at all!
Everybody is nice here except for Tracy she has horrible attitude and don't know how to talk to people she shouldnt be at the front Desk working in customer service if she going to be rude.
They are very unprofessional, they don't care if they hurt u or not, and they don't be wanting to pay the visitors they should be shut down immediately
I transferred from another grifols and this is the first time I’ve had any type of issue in 5yrs of donating. The security,(a joke at 500lbs with a limp)tried telling me twice that I needed certain credentials but I did not as I was already in the system. If she represents grifols then I would appreciate informed responses.
