This place is so much better than other plasma places. You make an appointment before you come. No long wait times. They have well trained staff. I've been coming here for a year, and no bad sticks. Today Ruth tended to me. She was so kind and patient with me. The pay is better at other places but you can't beat the service.
This place can be quick or very slow. Phlebotomists are decent. Desk seems fine, and do a good job prioritizing and moving new donors. Ive seen one or two people trip up at the door. The reviews seem odd. I was nervous to go here because of them but my first visit was very quick and easy. I went early. Went several times. Idk tho about security, hope they got someone slightly better idk no hate and all
I had a good experience there! Clean majority of the staff were very nice!
If I call ahead of time in order to make sure I have ample time for a donation, am told they only need ONE hour for new donors, and WASTE my gas driving all the way to your facility, I definitely am not expecting to get turned down at the door because it’s actually, “Two hours, not one.” This is the second time this place has turned me away because they can’t communicate properly and don’t know how to do their job.
