The people that's there are ok but extremely slow. Every visit you have to expect to be there for more than 2 and a half hours. I don't believe they're under staffed they just have the wrong person doing the scheduling they on have 1 person screening in the morning and they only call someone every 15 minutes. 1 phlebotomist until 7 and they get caught up in their conversations that they'll call you to a bed to stick you 20 minutes later. They are very very slow and don't care at all. All they know is how to run there mouth and get nothing done every one wants to take a break at the same damn time sorry place to donate
Really poor machines. Only donor that has issues that makes the workers have to fix everything during the process. Shouldnt blame me cuz I wanna eat enough protein before I go, everything with protien has fat and grease. But you guys are cheap with the machines. PS: They got the same exact style of machines at BIOLIFE PLASMA in Mentor. Literally. They even make the same noises during the set up. The slowest place on Earth literally says intake for first time is 3 hours go in and it takes almost 5 hours then second time is supposed to be much faster I'm going to be here for almost 4 hours this is crazy
