I used to go to another donation center, and then switched to Grifols. I absolutely love coming to Grifols Plasma Donation! The staff here are always so helpful, friendly, and professional — they really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. First and foremost, I just want to state I don’t review places often however this is very unfair and very poor and lack of professional. I just moved to Cleveland, seeing they had Grifols and I had great experience in Las Vegas where I’m from. Thought this would be ok. I was told I would get a return donor payment of 200 for my return back since I had elapses the timeframe for compensation. It was terrible. They talked too much to each other and do a lot of less work.
In 2011 I tried to donate plasma at the center on East 116th Street in Cleveland Ohio and didn't make it to donate plasma cause I failed the questions now almost 14 years later I find out because of that I can't donate at all under the grifolds plasma care program the only way I am able to get off of the deferral list is by the company or organization that put me on the list however 14 years ago grifols plasma went by a whole nother name I have no clue where to start or if I'm able to do so
The worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life at any business period. The employees literally pick random quiet people and just start bullying them. I asked very politely for help and I was ganged up on by multiple employees and was told I was dumb. They then gathered in the back and just gossiped whilst giving aggressive looks. I wouldn’t even say it’s a stretch to say this location feels unsafe.
