Really poor machines. Only donor that has issues that makes the workers have to fix everything during the process. Shouldnt blame me cuz I wanna eat enough protein before I go, everything with protien has fat and grease. But you guys are cheap with the machines
This place is not professional at all. The staff argues with people, the phlebotomists don't know how to stick and end up hurting your arm and all they do is complain about people coming in and they're ready to go. Not to mention all the foul language right over people's heads. I would never understand if you don't like dealing with the public why get a job where you have to deal with THE PUBLIC. This plasma place is located in the hood so there you go!!!

Nice plasma center I love the staffs there very professional also the morning manager is the best so sweet and caring I do recommend this plasma center for everyone ☺️
WARNING: Even if you haven’t been back for 2 WHOLE YEARS, they don’t give you NEW DONOR payout. But they make me sit for hours to wait and see a nurse still with the lower payout. Way to be cheap. Won’t be back.
