You get 50 each visit then it goes down on the 5th vist. Yes you do got a debit card as payment but if you go to jewel and buy something for 50 cents you can get cash back and avoid the atm fees. There will be a 45 cent transaction fee but that's not to bad. The people that work there are very nice. I need my car jumped cuz I left my lights on and they came out and helped me.
In regards to the only review on this site: This place is worth the time and money. They serve you first come, first serve...I'm guessing you were not a regular donor which makes you an applicant (aka) first time donor (aka) NEW. They inform you when you're there that it will take 2-3 hours the first time if you are a new donor because of a per-screening process as well as a physical you will need to take. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! This place is a rip off. They pay you with a debit card that charges you for everything. I was suppose to get $30 and i was only able to get out $25. If you try to take out the money that you thought you had and you can not it charges you $1.50 everytime. and it charges you $1.00 just to buy something. Why do they need a middle man to dispence their money? Who ever sealed that deal should be fired. You would be better off selling a kidney in the philippines. I have been donating at Bio-Blood for about 2 months now. For the most part the process is pretty simple. It took almost 3 hours for the first donation (due to a physical and paperwork). Now it only takes around an hour depending on the waiting time to check in. You get paid immediately after donation. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will definately continue donating.
