The staff at this center are very unproffesional. I have been going here on and off for several years and everytime I decide the extra money is worth the horrible customer/donor service I get disappointed once again. Who these days does not need extra money? Most definitely my reason for going is to supplement my income a little but is it really worth the terrible treatment. This place is very unprofessional! I have been to bio places all across usa. The staff is VERY RUDE! They try to watch t.v. as they stick u, and everyone acts like children in there! If you have a question or comment they dismiss you like you are taking up their time! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HORRIFIC PLACE AGAIN. So whoever's life I was saving I do apologize, but will not be giving them anymore of my time or plasma!!
You get 50 each visit then it goes down on the 5th vist. Yes you do got a debit card as payment but if you go to jewel and buy something for 50 cents you can get cash back and avoid the atm fees. There will be a 45 cent transaction fee but that's not to bad. The people that work there are very nice. I need my car jumped cuz I left my lights on and they came out and helped me.
In regards to the only review on this site: This place is worth the time and money. They serve you first come, first serve...I'm guessing you were not a regular donor which makes you an applicant (aka) first time donor (aka) NEW. They inform you when you're there that it will take 2-3 hours the first time if you are a new donor because of a per-screening process as well as a physical you will need to take. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! This place is a rip off. They pay you with a debit card that charges you for everything. I was suppose to get $30 and i was only able to get out $25. If you try to take out the money that you thought you had and you can not it charges you $1.50 everytime. and it charges you $1.00 just to buy something. Why do they need a middle man to dispence their money? Who ever sealed that deal should be fired. You would be better off selling a kidney in the philippines.
