Beware if you don't speak German – The company I work for as an employee bought one of their data collector pumps and some tools back in September 2009 with a promised delivery date of two weeks. The pump arrived on Nov 10,2009 and the tools later. Most of the technical literature is in German and they have not sent anyone to train us yet as of April 1, 2010.
