On 3/29/24 while at Cavicchio's Greenhouse, my wife & our 10 year old daughter, witnessed a male Plantwerks employee virtually abuse a fellow female co-worker. The situation was less than professional & incredibly disturbing. Once the female employee was on on her own, she broke down into tears & I had no choice but want to console her & to let her know that she did not deserve to be treated in such a demeaning way.
