I placed my order for birthday flowers for my mother early this morning around 9am. I had accidentally used the wrong email and wanted to get updates on the status. I called around lunch and spoke with a woman who did not seem happy and delivered some rough customer service but we all have bad days. I called again around 3pm because they close at 4pm and her flowers still hadn’t been delivered yet but the man I spoke with ensured they would get delivered.
