August 2025 Update: I can't wait for my lease to expire! The complex is now utilizing Smart Rent for the locks and thermostat. No issue with the locking system, but my A/C was not working for 2 1/2 weeks. I had to get firm with them in order to get a portable A/C unit put in while waiting for the unit to be repaired. During the 2 1/2 weeks, I didn't get an update unless I called to find out what was going on and each time the property manager (Tensula who's no longer there) keeps telling me they're waiting on a part, but rad... read more
If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Management/owners invested their money on smart locks to put on busted doors & smart thermostats on VERY old AC’s but failed to invest their money into plumbing, electricity , and other important maintenance issues on the property. Try having maintenance pick up the grounds more..the same trash is on the ground for days/weeks at a time. Maintenance and the office staff clearly does not communicate well. They are just horrible the apartments are nasty and the people are rude
