I lived in Oakview landing for 3 years 😊 these apartments are nice and the location was great ☺️ the management staff was so very ,very nice to me , whenever I had put in a work order the next day they got rite on it . I really appreciated Living there, and I love that there was so many stores, restaurants close, and they always kept the property cut looking great. Lived here 2 years no issues, front office was pleasant when under blue roc management. Rachel simms will be the reason I will not renew my lease. They sent an email offering negotiation on lease renewals. I went up there and specifically told her I would like to stay if able to remain under 1300 including ALL fees. Now two months into renewal, they didn’t want to update me that I would be charged water when I initially paid a flat fee in previous lease agreement. Find another place to live unless you enjoy living with mold, an apartment that’s constantly flooding and never having working air conditioning. Poor property management overall. They turn off your water at least once a week with a little notice. I can’t have my mail sent to my apartment because the public mailbox is right near Duclay Rd and has been broken into by the heavy homeless population here so I can’t feel safe for my mail to get delivered to where I live. The maintenance is very poor; I spent weeks with water leaks in different areas of the house. They also raise the price of services and only notify you when they are about to evict you. And when you go to the office for information, since it's something that isn't in the contract, the staff treats you very badly, almost discriminating against you.
