Great old hotel in the middle of downtown Savannah. Wish the room had a desk. Staff charged me for 4 nights of valet instead of one...still trying to get it fixed a month later.

Wir haben eine Nacht in dem Hotel verbracht. Das Parken im Parkhaus direkt gegenüber (wir konnten aus dem Zimmer unser Auto sehen) kostete 30 $. An unserem Ankunftstag gab es ab halb 5 Wein, Käse und Kracker zu Klaviermusik. Eine nette Sache. Wir waren an einem Freitag da. Keine Ahnung, ob es dieses Angebot jeden Tag gibt. In einem ähnlichen Hotel in Savannah hatten wir so etwas auch schon.
Great location just a few blocks back from waterfront. Our room did have USB sockets in the clock and A/c and water all good. Monday to Friday a lady plays the piano while free (yes free) wine, cheese, nuts and biscuits are offered. She’s great and does requests. Why the food is served on plastic plates I don’t know but it’s a good way to start your evening.
Very quaint stay in the middle of Savannah! Easy walk to everywhere and valet parking was so nice. The staff were fantastic!
