The staff is friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping service was very good. Regarding the general appearance and rooms they’re in dire need of maintenance. Refrigerators should be installed in every room. When taking a shower, the water sprays through the mesh shower curtain causing a flood on the bathroom floor.
I loved this place. The staff was amazing and the location could not be better.
The staff is very nice and the location is convenient to garage parking and The Pink House. They also have valet parking. The hotel needs some updating, painting and cleaning. The shower was very moldy.
The Inn is definitely in the perfect location. Rooms were comfortable but did feel they nickle and dime you regarding drinking water in the rooms - you have to ask for the water and you only get 1 water per person for the entire stay. After that they charge you ☹️ Most hotels give you at least a water a day. I know it’s minor but for goodness sakes with what is being charged a night for rooms?
The Planters Inn is absolutely amazing! If you are going to Savannah, this is where you want to stay! Julie, the manager, helped me after my hotel room at another location filled with smoke, leaving me without a place to stay. She was so helpful and accommodating. The rooms are very clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable! Such a great place to stay! And Thank you Julie!
