Amanda is really great at guiding you in identifying your feelings and offering tools to help get you through whatever it is you’re needing to get through. I highly recommend.

Recently, Amanda has been helping me navigate both pregnancy and post partum emotions and how to adjust to this new routine while focusing on myself.
