Planted Earth did a good job installing a patio and fire pit at our home about eight years ago. We called them to come out and fix some collapsing edges after a few months, and they eventually repaired it. Now, we need some significant maintenance/repair and they have not responded after multiple calls over the past week. I’m not looking for free work. I’m not surprised it needs some work after several years, but I’d like the company that did the original work to perform the repairs, but they won’t answer my calls.
A wonderful company to work with from the sales side (Jessica), account management (Dan and Brenda), and to the gardening staff. Extremely professional, confident and knowledgeable and it shows on my landscape. Could not be more pleased.
The Planted Earth team are true professionals and one of the few if not the only landscape company in the DC area that really understands proper horticultural practices. I would recommend them to anyone who values their landscape.
