RecommendedThe staff here are very friendly, if you have a problem they are prompt to address it. It is also quiet even though it is very near I-10. I enjoy the squirrels, ducks and bird. We like living here.
The grounds are beautifully maintained, the ladies in the office are competent and gracious, maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and I enjoying seeing the newly hatched baby ducks. Neighbors speak to each other, and I feel safe here. Hope to be here many years!
So peaceful, all I ever asked for
This development is well managed and I have enjoyed living here the past two + years. It is very convenient (within walking distance) to virtually every shop, super market and restaurants as one might hope.
