I absolutely love my neighborhood I live in. My DR Horton agent Chad gave excellent customer service! I highly recommend the neighborhood and DR Horton.
The local Horton staff we worked with we're very courteous and professional. no complaints there. The actual quality of the workmanship inside our home was actually better than we anticipated for a large National home builder. a lot depends on the local contractors they use in the areas that they build. If you buy a home here plan on having your septic tank pumped out every year or two. Many of us including myself have had this problem so plan on this expenditure of $4-500 a year.
