Actually all things considered the home was better built then what we thought it would be but just make sure that you go over everything with them before you're one years up. The way they put the mailboxes right in the center of the busiest road is absolutely ridiculous it's very very dangerous they could have taken a lot right next to or across from all the mailboxes and put in a nice parking area like the Lennar home development and just know that they cannot really enforce any of the HOA rules until the residents take ove... read more

Just bought a home at Plantation Woods. Our D.R. Horton sales rep was Stas and he was fantastic!
