Just bought a home at Plantation Woods. Our D.R. Horton sales rep was Stas and he was fantastic! He was extremely prompt with all of his responses and really took the time to make sure every one of our home needs was met. He made the entire home-buying process smooth and stress-free. I absolutely love my neighborhood I live in. My DR Horton agent Chad gave excellent customer service! I highly recommend the neighborhood and DR Horton.
The local Horton staff we worked with we're very courteous and professional. no complaints there. The actual quality of the workmanship inside our home was actually better than we anticipated for a large National home builder. a lot depends on the local contractors they use in the areas that they build. If you buy a home here plan on having your septic tank pumped out every year or two. Many of us including myself have had this problem so plan on this expenditure of $4-500 a year.
