Management treated me and others with contempt. Pools were never opened. When I said something about it, they told me it wasn't required that they ever open them. Wouldn't go back to this place for anything. Although they reply to all the negative reviews, they'll never actually do anything about it. They're very tow happy as well. Worst place ever
These apartments are horrible. We are paying over $1800 monthly. Our electric we are paying in a 2 bedroom is over $1000 do to the fact the apartment is poorly insulated. We have a rodent issue in the ceilings and floorboards which we have complained to management about but nothing is ever done. There's also flies constantly flying from the vents. We have put in many requests for all of this and other issues to be fixed but nothing is ever done We are moving out soon and fast. Do not waste your time or money on this nightmar... read more
Great place for families! Beautiful community atmosphere!
Honestly, everything started really great. Even though the apartments themselves were a little run down, didn't see any bugs or mold or any red flags like that. However, after moving in and giving them the sheet of things that needed to be fixed when I moved in, none of those issues have been resolved, I've made Work orders to fix multiple things.And they have not been resolved, and it's been almost five months since i've moved in. ***********RENTERS BEWARE******* DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE TO PLANTATION WEST APARTMENTS!!!! From poor maintenance to extremely bad management.If you don't want to be cheated out of your time and money. I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere. The reviews speak for themselves.
