I am not happy at all. I was ripped off. Their sign says to bring your car in for A/C check. Don’t do it. I took my car in because my A/C was blowing hot air. Paid about $100 to get it recharged. But there was a leak in the compressor unit so paid $600 to get that replaced after carmax covered $900. So with that price I should have left there with a completely tested and working A/C. Friendly people and great expert service. They were very fast and efficient at my oil change.
Trustworthy and they stand behind their warranty. They installed a NAPA water pump that failed, causing thousands in engine damage. The warranty covered everything and I didn't pay a dime. No hassling or arguing - NAPA and Plantation just took care of me.
The bottom line: Outstanding service! The entire staff is nice and friendly. The service done was done in a timely manner.
I have been taking my vehicles to Plantation Tune Tech now for 9 or 10 years. I will certainly continue to do so!! I find that Ed, Kelly and their staff are friendly, courteous, and most of all honest.
The best, most honest mechanics around...I will never take my car anywhere else. I will definitely be back if needed.
