Went here to get a alignment they told me before they could align it I needed 2 tires. Well was not paying what they wanted for tires and took to my usual tire shop and they told me only 1 was bad from the alignment and other was good said these people just trying to sell me tires and after going to 2 more shops got the same answer. So wont be back to Plantation tire pros
Always get EXCELLENT service at Plantation Tire Pros. I would not take my car anywhere else.

Took our truck here to have tires rotated and balanced. Witnessed person who serviced our truck "flooring" it through the parking lot. We have an older diesel that we treat gently. So, I brought it up to the service writer who was totally unconcerned. Also, didn't get a sticker to show when we're due for the next rotation.

Rachael, we are sorry to hear you didn’t have a good experience with us. We have to get the vehicle up to speed to check the balance of the tires but we did not "floor" it in our parking lot. We do not put stickers up for next rotation - we send email reminders out. We strive to provide the best customer service for our customers which is why tire rotations and balances are free.
