Room was not very clean, had a sanitary napkin rolled up by the mattress, when notified they said they would do a full clean but basically cleaned the floors only the sheets with the blood stain was still on the bed. Washers also did not work well.
Air conditioner was perfect! I love it cold lol. Room was really nice too.
