this place had gotten recommended to me a few times on Facebook so I thought I'd give them a shot. I called up three months in advance and requested a female doctor. They told me Dr. Taylor Robinson was brand new to this practice and she was fantastic. I looked into her credentials and thought I would give her a try since I really liked her background. I can’t even get an appointment because nobody answers their phone! How do you change Pediatricians after all these years unfortunately
It bums me out to even leave this review but it just isn’t getting better. Paola is one of the rudest people I’ve ever talked to in this office. she REFUSED to hear me out on my son’s cold symptoms and quickly dismissed me to make an appointment. I just wanted some reassurance, and to confirm the over the counter medicine I’m giving him is the best I can be doing. she told me they “don’t do that” which is not true as I have gotten calls back from the nurse/doctor on duty in the past. she practically bullied me into making a ... read more
