I can’t even get an appointment because nobody answers their phone! How do you change Pediatricians after all these years unfortunately
It bums me out to even leave this review but it just isn’t getting better. Paola is one of the rudest people I’ve ever talked to in this office. she REFUSED to hear me out on my son’s cold symptoms and quickly dismissed me to make an appointment. I just wanted some reassurance, and to confirm the over the counter medicine I’m giving him is the best I can be doing. she told me they “don’t do that” which is not true as I have gotten calls back from the nurse/doctor on duty in the past. she practically bullied me into making a ... read more
I see the comments and I am in the same situation as several mothers, I moved to this office because my daughter's doctor moved to that office. She has been her doctor since my daughter was born. This office is terrible at customer service, from the poor aptitude they serve you at the front desk to the fact that they NEVER answer your calls. We tried another pediatric office years ago and thankfully found Dr. Sanchez and his team. We’ve been going there for over 10yrs with all our kids. Knowledgable and kind.Highly recommend.
