I was contemplating leaving this review before or after moving out, but my last straw was being locked out at 11 am today, going to the leasing office where an employee came to the door and told me she can’t help me get into my apartment I was locked out of (even though a maintenance worker told me that if I go to a leasing office and confirm my identity they can let me in since they keep a spare). Leasing office doesn’t care (except Jalissa) HORRIBLE spider problem, Spectrum is GARBAGE, gates stay broken, most gym equipment is broken and they don’t stock up on cleaning equipment, water is turned off randomly often for 8 hours on any given weekday, no construction notices unless you complain, walkways aren’t cleaned so expect to walk into webs, raccoons get into “valet trash” (office does nothing, kids are unsupervised in common areas often..the list goes on and on.
