When I called to inquire about the charges for the crown that had broken (done by the him, the same doctor 3 years ago), I was concerned about the cost and asked an explanation. BEWARE! Not only is the dentist very rude but he gave me the most insane quote to fix a filling. He told me I needed a root canal and it would cost $1700. That didn't seem right since I never felt any pain there nor was the tooth even cracked. So I told him I want to get a 2nd opinion and asked for a temporary filling. Then he charges me $150 for a temporary filling that he says will last 2 to 3 weeks. As soon as I got home, the filling came out right away (not even 2 hours passed).
