Someone has been smoking in their apartment and because we share vents my entire apartment smells like cigarettes I’ve brought my concerns to the office 3 times now and have been told basically there’s nothing they can do please don’t rent here on top of this issue maintenance never comes when we put in a request
Lived here years ago and was debating moving back as it was well maintained back then. Safly it has gone way downhill. From a lack of ADA compliance at amenities, trash being left on porches all throughout the property, and abysmal parking lots full of more holes than Thelma and Louise.
I lived in there for 1 year. Staffs are always rude except for one man. I felt they are not willing to be at work. Please educate with staffs how to treat and deal with people, customers with smile and greeting. You are the person working in service field.
