This place is absolutely horrible since Hawthorne took over do not move in here even though they say it is marked value check out the trash, staff,mold,paint,newly remodeled the only thing that is remolded is the club house which we can't use maintenance cannot keep up with requests because it's so old and dilapidated and they are so over worked !!
Quiet, nice pool and amenities. Just a little expensive for the size, but that’s Charleston.
This is a beautiful location in the historical city of Charleston. Newly remodeled. The amenities are abundant. The office staff is kind & knowledgeable. The maintenance staff works hard to make the community run smoothly. Lots of resident events. Landscaping and pest control every week. I really enjoy living here. A+!!
