I love so many things about living here! The giant Magnolia tree in front of my screened-in back porch, the gym, pool and hot tub, to name a few. I adore the office staff and all the cute things the community does for its residents, like pet of the month and fun events in the club house. Maintenance is fast and efficient. Best apartment community, ever!

I have enjoyed living here since I've been here. The rent amount is higher than I expected , but financially I'll be here at least two more years. However , I wish that they would move the parking space that is blocking the sidewalk. I use a rollator to get to / from my car and it is very difficult to get between the cars parked there , especially when they don't park between the lines. I do like being here , like my neighbors , need some plants , flowers near my unit. Thank you for a great place to call home!

Beautiful complex and the apartments are super nice despite their age. The biggest issue with this apartment are the monthly fees. Almost $75 worth of monthly mandatory fees that provide little to the resident. That’s almost $900 a year that I feel like I’m throwing away. Included in that is a $36 a month valet trash fee where a company picks up your trash at your door. This monthly cost is too high for the service they provide. Aside from that, no complaints! Overall I feel like this complex is a great place to live.
