Some of my favorite experieces at The Avenues has been with the maintenance crew. Since Colin has taken over, I think things in that dept run smoother. And best of all is Chuck in maintenance. Always friendly, always takes care of the issues quickly and efficiently and always there to answer any questions I may have. The maintenance dept can be one of the most important aspects of apartment living. It's great to have Chuck and Colin around to make living here a lot easier.
Wonderful Staff, Mariah and Colin are really great to work with. They are both so responsive, great at their roles, and you can tell that they truly care. Property is beautiful and everyone on the team enjoys doing work here and working with Avenues team!
Recently had the opportunity and pleasure to be assisted by one of the ladies in the office I believe her name was Maria or Mariah, she made sure that I felt heard and that was my issue was taken care of quickly!!
The Avenues of West Ashley was a fantastic help for me. Mariah provided excellent service to me and I would recommend!
I’ve been living here for three years and couldn’t be happier. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to address any maintenance needs. I especially love my screened-in patio, and the community amenities are top-notch. I highly recommend The Avenues!
