To sum it up- our association has been going through extensive work. Already have over 20k in special assessments- now another 7,300.-8,300. How would you feel about the long term effectiveness? My recommendation - document and photograph EVERYTHING so to have back up. THE $ DRAIN CONTINUES!!

To sum it up- our association has been going through an extensive cement project and new roof installation. The roof installation is a dream compared to cement project. Already have over 20k in special assessments- now another 7,300.-8,300. Would you feel good about your management company and feel they are doing a good job? You be the judge. I had requested an answer about a project since June 20. No answer. Had to file a complaint with the BBB (highly recommend to expedite a response and I will continue to use). Finally go... read more

So I am a little confused and concerned. As a senior with a disabled senior spouse notified this company on a couple of occasions that our environment poses safety issues. I have asked when the issue can be resolved with NO response from Tim, the manager. This week an engineer came to our property and told the workers that indeed, safety was an issue. Hopefully we can ensure a completed environment soon instead of danger tape. Be careful not to complain or you will be judged and shamed by the board.

Our condo association is involved with a significant project- which is overdue. The lack of transparency, accurate information and timelines are causing undo stress and safety concerns. If you live in community managed by Plantation Management- work with owners to try obtain full financial disclosure and timeframes. Talk about project mismanagement- our building started renovation Monday after Easter- intolerable situation to sit inside and listen to drilling. Buildings torn apart- None finished.
