I had a wonderful experience with this company. Called them for a couple of leaking sprinkler heads that 2 different contractors had tried to fix and failed. Jacob came out the same day, greeted me with a firm handshake, and went to work. Throughout the process he explained exactly what he was going to do and what it would cost. He listened to the information I gave him about the history of the system/leaks and dismissed nothing. Had a great experience with this company! Evann was very knowledgeable and let my husband ask him all the questions to make sure we knew what services were needed/recommended. Owner even sent a personal email afterwards as a follow up. Really happy with how quickly the work was completed and the price was great too!
Shady. Requested a quote to replace our sprinkler panel through our property's management company. At the end of the visit, the tech said they could replace it for $500 that day. If not, they will charge a fee that is not refundable. Tech did not inform me prior to conducting the diagnosis that there was a $120 fee. Stay away from this business.
