By far the biggest mistake I have made during this building journey was choosing plantation homes. The timber frame was delivered to my site on 27 March 2026. Instead of being properly stored and protected, the timber was stacked directly on the ground. Met this sales person Sam and decided not to build with plantation, bad service and salesperson not even moving from his desk and not interested to answer questions. There actual price could be double than what they have advertised, haven’t seen such a difference with other builders. So if sales is such bad then I can’t imagine their service, so choose carefully.
