Met this sales person Sam and decided not to build with plantation, bad service and salesperson not even moving from his desk and not interested to answer questions. There actual price could be double than what they have advertised, haven’t seen such a difference with other builders. So if sales is such bad then I can’t imagine their service, so choose carefully.
