Maintenance team led by Roy is awesome. Been having issues with one of the bathrooms, brought it to Roy’s attention instead of the front office and he began the repairs right away. No debate, no delay, no “I forgot”, no funny faces as if it was not that important, REALLY appreciate him and his team.
Carlos from maintenance did an amazing job repairing the outlet so I could utilize my lights. He was also able to put an order in to fix the plumbing issues. He was very professional and went above and beyond to assist.
