The maintenance team is amazing! But there are other things that could be improved
Living in plantation gardens apt. home over four years and counting. There are comments made via reviews that if you follow what is said, you live on the streets. The lawns are done on a regular basis, service requests are met in a timely manner by maintenance, and most recently, new laundry machines have been placed in each buildings. Every effort has been made to eliminate rowdy tenants, smokers to tenants not picking up after their pets(dog) and to keep the complex clean. This place suck I have a friend who lived there and they keep towing cars with no reason there car which is driving they tow it they so stupid the office manager she told him you need to move your car everyday to not get it tow who move car everyday when you are off from your job you want to stay home and chill they need to fire the office manager she don't know how to run this property and her English suck my friend can't understand her English lol but yeah is hell for those people who lived there my friend want to move out... read more
Do not move here they tow your car without warnings and pick a gummy sticker that leave staines on your car window with a false excuse as to why you can’t have your car parked there they have a contract with the towing company to tow a certain amount of cars every day and expect you to move your car every day the maintenance worker constantly drive around spying on people as well and on top of that you pay per month for parking and trash that they dont take out for you i can find a better apartment for the same price not to ... read more
