I would like to advise anyone not to use this florist. I placed an order online on the 28th of May for flowers to be delivered to my mother-in-law. She is with hospice at home and I wanted her to get some beautiful flowers before she passed. They was no delivered on the 30th as I wanted. I called the florist the next day and finally got to to speak to someone who told me that the driver was in that area and they would be delivered within the hour. I spoke with Kim at 5 o'clock am. My time Pacific time and I told I had placed an order on her website for some flowers for my sister. It was this being discharged on the following day at 10 AM I was assured that the flowers were being taken out the door and being delivered before 10 o'clock. My sister ended up being discharged from the hospital and she did not receive her flowers until after. She was discharged eye contact. Kim and she stated the flowers were delivered.
