I have had nothing but positive experiences from my 1st visit to my present visit. Dr. Bates as well as his staff are always in great spirits, very encouraging and on point. Dr. Bates is not only my Dr. but I consider him to be a friend as well because he always has heart to heart talks with me about myself and my family as well as sharing updates about his family.

Dr. Bates office is a place that you feel like family. I have been attending regular appointments with Dr. Bates for 10 years now and have never been dissatisfied. He and his staff are very caring and it is obvious that they want the best possible outcome for each of their patients. Dr. Bates has also helped me during certain events in my life that can be challenging for patients, always providing helpful support with a calm delivery for each challenging and regular diagnosis. The staff that answers the phones is very unprofessional and hangs up the call during mid-sentence when it’s time to close the office.

I went to get the wax cleaned from my ears, as Dr. Bates recommended. He told me that they do that there, but I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. The lady who cleaned my ears, Maggie, was completely unprofessional. She did not take a single second to explain anything about how the procedure worked, rushed right into it, and did not allow me to ask any questions leading up to it.
